In addition, the house construction that we provide along with our partner developer is customized housing. Customized housing means that the house to be constructed will be according to your chosen design, you will be sitting down with the in-house architect and discuss the features you want for your house, such features must fall into the standard features anything beyond the standard features, i.e. use of electronic locks instead of standard lock, you will have to pay extra.
How is this Different from an Old House for Sale?
The main difference is that in a house and lot package, your house is brand new and according to your design, while an old house and lot for sale not only was built not according to your design, it is also old which means interior design may be dated and not modern and natural wear and tear might have already occurred especially in the electrical and plumbing. Where such degradation of the plumbing and electrical system of the house may cause problems later on.
For a house and lot package, not only is your house brand new, but you will also be able to customize your house from the design of the entire house to the choice of tiles for your floor. Which is something you cannot do to an old house. While you can renovate an old house, you will not be able to change the existing structural design of the house. Which means you will be living in the dream house of another, not yours.
